Important details
- Drivers: Ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; if any passenger is under 18, the driver must be ages 25+
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete a liability waiver for each machine and required Polaris safety training before departure
- Wear the provided required safety equipment
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits out-of-pocket damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah Bureau of Land Management fee are added and are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns cost $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours.
