• Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; drivers must be ages 25+ when any passenger is under 18
• Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
• A premium damage waiver is required and limits out-of-pocket UTV or ATV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
• A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is authorized on a credit or debit card upon arrival
• Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
