Driver must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; if a passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+. Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall.
Tips are not included. A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. A $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit/debit card only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made three or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled.
