Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available until 5 days (120 hours) before departure. Within 5 days, trips are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations, changes, and rescheduling are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. The boat leaves at tour time, and late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.
Bring a valid photo ID. At check-in, you must present the credit card used to pay for the booking plus matching photo identification, and the name on the card must match the booking contact name.
Wear casual clothes (no high heels). Bring sunscreen and a camera. Bring a jacket if it’s below 70°F since the breeze can feel chilly.
