Itinerary

Arrive to the starting location at Mad Moose Rentals & Tours at Sand Hollow 30 minutes early to ensure you are prepared to start the tour on time.

Meet your guide and the group for a small briefing before your exploration of the sand dunes!

Along the way, your guide will assist you with learning how to drive in the Dunes. Be sure to capture some amazing photos of your unforgettable experience, and then we'll make our way back to the starting point.

Important details

• Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
• Drivers must be 25+ when any passenger is under 18
• Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
• Helmets and goggles are provided and required
• A liability waiver is required for each machine, with all party members listed as passengers
• A credit or debit card authorization hold of $1,500 per machine is required on arrival; the required damage waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
• An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price
• A 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee is added to private and group tours and is not included in the listed price
• Late returns incur charges: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
