A $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit or debit card only. A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; passengers must be at least 42 inches tall.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled. Late return fees apply: 15+ min $75; 1+ hr $150; 2+ hr full day rental cost.
