- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying any passenger under age 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- All drivers must complete the State OHV Education Course and show proof of completion before taking the vehicle
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card upon arrival
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days ahead for a full refund; 1–2 days ahead for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
