Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- A State OHV Education Course certificate is required for every driver before vehicle pickup
- One liability waiver is required per machine, with all party members listed as passengers
- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits UTV/ATV damage costs to a maximum of $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 credit or debit card authorization hold is required per machine on the day of your reservation
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An additional 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price or taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; 1–2 days for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ minutes, $75; 1+ hour, $150; 2+ hours, full-day rental cost.
