Participants must be able to swim and in good physical condition. Group lessons are for ages 14 and up; private sessions are available for ages 5–14. The activity is not recommended during pregnancy.
Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your lesson for no fee. Cancellations 24–48 hours before start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
