- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when any passenger is under 18
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the required State Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course and have proof of certification before taking the vehicle
- Watch the required off-road safety video before riding
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card
- The required Premium Damage Waiver limits your maximum out-of-pocket damage cost to $1,500 per machine
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- One liability waiver is required per machine, with all party members listed as passengers
- Late returns incur charges of $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
