Things to know
A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. A $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit/debit card only. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; if a passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+. Children must be at least 42" tall, and the activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late return fees apply: 15+ min $75; 1+ hr $150; 2+ hr full-day rental cost.
