With an exceptional reputation built on consistently stellar experiences, this family-owned operation stands out for its quality equipment and genuinely helpful staff. Reviewers rave about guides like Aidan, Jim, and Lev who take time to explain everything thoroughly without rushing guests, making even first-time UTV and ATV drivers feel comfortable and confident. The trails offer the perfect mix of scenic beauty and adventure, with water puddles to splash through and excellent wildlife spotting opportunities including moose, beaver, and deer. The attention to detail really shines through in these reviews. Equipment is described as new and well-maintained, complete with Bluetooth speakers for music, GPS navigation, and gear to secure belongings. Staff members get kudos for being laid-back yet professional, offering excellent trail recommendations and going the extra mile with thoughtful touches. One reviewer mentioned minor GPS issues finding locations and another noted non-working speakers, but these seem like isolated incidents in an otherwise smooth operation. Families and corporate groups alike report having fantastic experiences, with many already planning return visits.
