Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 15 days before your trip for a refund minus a 20% service charge. No refunds for cancellations within 15 days, inclement weather, or after the trip. Changes are unavailable within 48 hours; changes less than 15 days before departure incur a $10 per-person fee. Trips require 12 riders; if canceled for fewer than 12, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
