Important details
- Renters must be ages 21+ and present a valid US driver's license at pickup; operators must be ages 16+
- Bring a credit card and a vehicle equipped to tow a small trailer to pickup
- Single-snowmobile rentals require another group to join you or highly experienced backcountry riders; otherwise, the rental is not available
- Everyone in your group must sign a liability waiver
- Bring water-resistant winter clothing, boots, and gloves
- You'll pay a $10 parking fee at Vail Pass, not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage to or loss of snowmobiles, equipment, and trailers
- Pick up between 6–7PM the evening before your rental or 8–10AM on your rental day; return all machines by 6PM to avoid possible late fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your rental for an 85% refund, or 7–13 days before for a 75% refund. Within 7 days, refunds are not available. More than 48 hours before your rental, receive a full credit to move your date. Within 48 hours, credits and refunds are not available. Credits last 12 months and may be used once per booking.

FAQs
Yes. Optional damage insurance costs $35 per machine, per day and covers damages over $1,500.
For a one-snowmobile rental, a two-place trailer costs $65 per day. A loading ramp for transporting the snowmobile in a pickup truck bed is available at no charge.
Next-morning drop-off may be available in some cases from 9–11AM and carries a $50 fee per machine.
