- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when any passenger is under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking the vehicle
- Complete a liability waiver for each machine and list all party members as passengers
- Pregnant women cannot participate
- A $1,500 damage-deposit authorization is required on a credit or debit card on the day of the rental
- The required premium damage waiver limits out-of-pocket UTV or ATV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- The listed price excludes a mandatory gas charge that varies by rental duration
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ minutes $75; 1+ hour $150; 2+ hours full-day rental cost.
