Important details
- Open Water scuba certification or higher from a recognized agency required
- Requires climbing the boat ladder unassisted
- Bring your scuba certification card, physical or digital, and a valid ID for check-in
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure incur a 20% fee; less than 72 hours incur a 100% fee. The notice period extends to two weeks December–April and June–August. Cancellations are accepted only during business hours, 8 AM–5 PM; voicemail does not count. If the operator cancels for weather or sea conditions, you'll receive a full refund.

Bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and light layers for the boat ride. Towels are not provided. Bring motion sickness prevention if you're prone to seasickness.
