Know before you go
- Ages 5+ only
- Expect a separate general admission ticket requirement; admission is not included
- Arrive at the park at least 30 minutes before your scheduled encounter
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, flip-flops, sandals, and exposed footwear are not allowed
- Remove dangling jewelry before the encounter
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Animal activist group affiliation may result in refusal without refund
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Exclusive Encounters allow up to 5 people. Each person needs a separate general admission ticket in addition to the encounter.
Encounter times cannot be adjusted, as changes would conflict with the next scheduled encounter.
Follow the handler's instructions. Do not run toward an animal or its handler, touch an animal's face or mouth, or allow an animal to jump on your head, neck, or shoulders. Pet animals on their back from the shoulders down.
