- All participants, including minors, must sign a waiver before the rental
- All parties must be present to sign paperwork in person
- Pickup and drop-off are between 7:30am and 6pm
- No drinking, glass bottles, grilling, or pets are allowed on board
- No tubing, skiing, towing, or additional passengers after check-in

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a refund of the $250 deposit; within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. If you proceed despite a forecast and return early, less than 4 hours incurs a half-day charge; over 4 hours incurs a full-day charge. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
