- Renter must be age 25 or older and present a valid driver's license on arrival
- Ensure all participants, including minors, sign a waiver before the rental
- Have all parties present in person to sign paperwork
- Plan pickup and drop-off between 7:30am and 6pm
- Leave alcohol, grills, glass bottles, and pets behind
- Skip tubing, skiing, towing, and boarding additional passengers after check-in
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or expect a charge to the card on file
- Return the boat clean; an additional fee may apply if it is left unclean
- Requires comprehension of instructions and no impairment
- Follow weather and lock-hour restrictions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund of the $250 deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
