- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, safety gear, and orientation
- Complete a waiver before arriving; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Ages 6+ only; ages 6–14 must be accompanied in the room by a parent
- Wear closed-toe shoes and protective gear while in the smash room
- Not available during pregnancy or for anyone with injuries or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications
- Follow room safety rules, including aiming only at the smash wall and never at people, walls, floors, or ceilings
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours incur a 40% cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows or arriving 15 minutes or more late.
