• Bring a Texas Boater Safety Certificate if you were born on or after September 1, 1993; valid out-of-state certifications are accepted
• Complete a liability waiver at check-in
• Wear a life jacket at all times on the water, including while tubing or using water toys
• Stay at least 100 feet from the shoreline; no beaching or switching off at the dock
• Expect fuel charges in addition to the listed price, based on the boat type and rental length
• Expect late-return fees if the boat is returned after the scheduled end time
• A valid credit card is required as a damage deposit, and you are responsible for damage not noted before departure
• Expect a $250 rescue fee for rescues unrelated to a manufacturer defect or mechanical failure
