- Renters must be at least 26 years old
- Renters need at least two years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat's size
- Renters must have no marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Present a driver's license or passport at check-in
- Renters born after January 1, 1988 must have a boater's license
- All passengers must enter the store and sign a release waiver
- Renters are responsible for property damage and liable for injuries to themselves and passengers
- Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Do not travel north of the south end of Longboat Key or south of the Venice Jetties

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.
