- Requires at least 2 years operating similar vessels within 10 feet of this boat’s size
- No marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Requires a boater’s license if born after January 1, 1988
- Bring a valid driver’s license for check-in
- Complete a release waiver for every passenger
- Stay in the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Remain no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
- Renter is responsible for property damage and injuries to themselves and passengers

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' cancellation notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.

Keep your rental within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area. Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted. Do not travel north of the south end of Longboat Key or south of the Venice Jetties.
Bring a driver’s license or passport for check-in. Consider bringing sunscreen, a fishing hat, polarized sunglasses, and boat shoes or sneakers with light-colored soles.
