Important details

• The renter must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their own name. Bring your driver's license to check-in.
• A boater safety certificate is required to operate if you were born on or after September 1, 1993. Bring your certificate to check-in. Valid out-of-state certifications from a Texas-approved course are accepted.
• Bring the credit card used for the reservation to check-in. The reservation, driver's license and credit card must have matching names. A valid credit card is retained on file until you return, and you are responsible for the full cost of damage or missing equipment.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll be charged separately at the ship store at check-in, based on the boat type and rental hours.
• Additional fees apply for late returns at $135 every 15 minutes. A $250 rescue fee applies unless the rescue is due to a manufacturer defect or mechanical failure.
• Wear a life jacket at all times while on the water, including while tubing or using water toys. No lifeguard is on duty; swimming is at your own risk. Do not enter the water after sunset.
• Stay at least 50 feet from shore and do not beach the ski boat.
• Only operators who have signed the rental agreement may drive. Do not switch drivers at the docks, on the beach or between vessels. Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver at check-in, and take part in the pre-rental boat inspection.
• Take all belongings and trash with you when you return.
• The boat's make, model, year and color are not guaranteed. An equal-or-better watercraft may be substituted.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reserved start time for paperwork and orientation. Your rental starts at the reserved time, so arriving late reduces your time on the water.
