You must be 21 or older to rent. Aerosol sunscreen is not allowed onboard; use squeeze or pump bottles. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your rental time.
Cancel up to 2 days before for a full refund; less than 2 days forfeits the deposit or total amount. You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability. If rain in Holland reduces your time, a partial refund is given for unused time. No forecast-based cancellations before the rental day and no weather refunds for 3+ day rentals. Severe weather may cancel.

We were on the water within 15 minutes of arriving with a thorough safety brief and overview of the boat and the lake including suggestions on where to go and where not to go. The boat was clean, did everything as promised, and we had an awesome time on the Lake! On the back end, we were greeted at the dock and walked off onto our day.
