- Ages 21+ to rent; all ages are welcome aboard
- Drivers need a valid boater safety certificate and government-issued photo ID at check-in. Bring both documents. A boater safety course is required if you were born after January 1, 1988
- A $500 credit-card damage deposit hold is required in addition to the listed price. The hold is released after the boat is returned and passes inspection
- Fuel at $6 per gallon and a $25 cleaning fee are additional charges not included in the listed price
- Excessive cleaning for trash, stains, food, fish, or ink may incur an additional $50 charge, not included in the listed price. Your credit card will be billed for any damage to the rental
- Sign the liability waiver before departure; every participant must sign
- Do not bring glass or use spray lotions on board. Use lotion or mineral sticks instead
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a 50% refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price; arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.
