- Drivers need a valid boater safety certificate. Bring it and a government-issued photo ID to check-in.
- A $500 damage deposit hold applies to your credit card and is separate from the listed price. The hold is released after the boat is returned and passes inspection. Your card will be charged for any rental damage.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged at $6 per gallon.
- A $25 cleaning fee is not included in the listed price. Excessive cleaning for trash, stains, food, fish, or ink may incur an additional $50 charge.
- Sign the liability waiver before departure; every participant must sign.
- Keep glass and spray lotions off the boat. Use lotion or mineral sticks instead.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with more than 48 hours' notice for a full refund, or with 24–48 hours' notice for a 50% refund or credit. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price; arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.
