Important details

• Boating and trailer-towing experience required
• A valid driver's license is required; bring it to check-in
• Bring proof of insurance for the vehicle you'll use to tow the boat
• No pets allowed
• A $1,500 hold will be placed on your card on the day your rental begins, separate from the listed price
• Use a tow vehicle with working trailer-light connections and a 2-inch hitch ball
• Complete the Utah state mussel awareness course and provide proof of completion to the rental operator and the Utah Department of Natural Resources
• Sign the rental agreement before pickup
• Operate only in Utah waters, stay in water at least 4 feet deep, and do not beach the boat
• Review the safety videos before arrival
• Arrive by 7am for pickup; at check-in, review the safety checklist, set up equipment and take pictures
