Important details
- Ages 12+ only. Riders ages 12–17 require an adult guardian present at all times.
- Competent swimming ability is required.
- Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs.
- Riding is not permitted after consuming any alcohol or while otherwise impaired.
- Sign the liability waiver before your session. A parent or guardian must co-sign for riders ages 12–17. You can sign on site; participation requires a completed waiver.
- Expect a $500 security deposit per rider/board, which may be held on your payment method during the session. This is separate from the listed price.
- You are responsible for equipment damage beyond normal wear, including labor and loss of use.
- State park entrance fees apply and are not included in the listed price.
- Remain within visible range of an instructor throughout your rental.
- If you arrive late, participation is at the session supervisor's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a refund minus 5%. Within 72 hours, no refunds; reschedule or receive a transferable full-value gift card. If the operator cancels for dangerous weather, reschedule, receive a transferable full-value gift card, or get a refund minus 5%. Forecasts, light drizzle and clouds do not qualify for weather cancellation.
