Important details
- Complete the online rental waiver before pickup or delivery
- An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Use only in calm, designated swimming areas with waves under 3 feet
- Supervise children at all times
- Return daily rentals during business hours
- Do not leave the mat unattended or in the water overnight
- Delivery fees are not included: free in Union Pier, $20 in Lakeside, and $40 in New Buffalo
- Do not leave rentals for beach pickup; a $100 service fee applies per item
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time and early returns are non-refundable.
