Know before you go
- Complete the online rental waiver before pickup or delivery
- An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Use only in calm, designated swimming areas with waves under 3 feet
- Supervise children at all times
- Return daily rentals during business hours
- Do not leave the mat unattended or in the water overnight
- Delivery fees are not included: free in Union Pier, $20 in Lakeside, and $40 in New Buffalo
- Do not leave rentals for beach pickup; a $100 service fee applies per item
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time and early returns are non-refundable.

Your rental may be delayed, modified, or canceled when weather, wind, or water conditions are unsafe.
Delivery is not available to Bridgman, Sawyer, Harbert, Three Oaks, Grand Beach, Michiana Shores, or Indiana.
