- Complete online check-in and arrive 30 minutes before your start time
- Ages 21+ only
- Bring a Florida boating safety certificate if born after January 1, 1988, unless you hold a valid boating license
- Sign a liability waiver before operating the boat
- Qualified operators need 2 years' experience on a similar-size vessel and no marine losses in the past 10 years
- Qualified operators need no violations or suspensions in the past 5 years and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- A captain is required if no one in your group qualifies to operate the boat
- A $500 security-deposit hold is not included in the listed price and releases 48 hours after rental if no damage occurs

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. If you do not arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled rental without communicating, your rental is a no-show and no refund is available.
