• Rental operators must be age 26+ or hold a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boater license
• A $100 credit-card deposit is required; you are responsible for damage and missing equipment

• Keep children 13 and under in provided United States Coast Guard-approved life jackets at all times
• Use only marina-provided tubes; tubes and tow ropes are available for $20 per day, while kneeboards, wakeboards, and water skis are prohibited

• Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or use open flames, grills, or cooking equipment onboard
• Expect a $45 pet fee, $15 for each 15 minutes late, and a $150 cleaning fee when applicable
