- Florida Temporary Boating Certificate required for anyone born January 1, 1988 or later; valid home-state boater licenses are accepted
- Complete waivers for all passengers, including children and infants, before embarkation
- Follow safety regulations; glass containers, towables, and grills are not allowed

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Rentals unclaimed 1 hour after departure are released with no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
