- The $10 one-day pass requires passing a 10-question test with a score of 90% or higher
- Complete and sign rental forms and the waiver before departure
- A $350 security deposit, not included in the listed price, is held at pickup; credit cards only, with no debit cards accepted
- Return the pontoon on time, undamaged, and with a full gas tank; a $100-per-hour late fee applies after 15 minutes
- Alcohol, glass bottles, smoking, and pets are not allowed on the pontoon
- Operate only while sober and never from dusk to dawn
- Rental may be refused because of unsafe weather or apparent intoxication

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Renters must be ages 21+. Operators need a valid driver's license. If you were born after January 1, 1982, a boater's license and proof of certification are required; a one-day pass is available after passing a 10-question test with a score of at least 90%.
List all passengers and the ages of any minors before checkout. All participants must complete and sign the rental forms, and no additional participants may join after checkout.
