• Bring a valid driver's license and boater education card; renters born after January 1, 1982 need proof of certification
• A $10 one-day boater pass is available after passing a 10-question test with a score of 90% or higher; this fee is not included in the listed price
• Total passenger weight limit is 2,030 lbs
• No alcohol, glass bottles, smoking, or pets are allowed
• A $350 security deposit, not included in the listed price, is held at pickup by credit card; debit cards are not accepted
• Return the pontoon on time, undamaged, and with a full fuel tank; a $100-per-hour late fee applies after 15 minutes and is not included in the listed price
• Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or from dusk to dawn
