- Bring a valid driver's license and Boater Education Card
- Pass a 10-question test with a score of 90% or higher for a one-day boating pass if you do not have a card
- A $10 one-day boating pass is available if needed and is not included in the listed price
- A credit card is required; debit cards, checks, and money orders are not accepted
- A $350 security deposit is held at pickup and may be reduced or forfeited for damage, late return, or missing fuel
- Expect a $100-per-hour late fee for returns more than 15 minutes late, not included in the listed price
- Complete and sign the waiver before the rental begins
- Leave alcohol, glass bottles, pets, and smoking items behind
- Do not operate the boat from dusk to dawn or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability and management discretion.
