Know before you go
- Be at least 25 years old and present a valid driver’s license
- Have all participants, including minors, sign a waiver before the rental
- Have all parties present to sign paperwork in person
- Pick up and return the boat between 7:30am and 6pm
- Do not bring alcohol, glass bottles, pets, or grills onboard
- Do not tube, ski, tow, or add passengers after check-in
- Fuel is not included; return with a full tank or the card on file will be charged—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the boat is left unclean—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Follow weather and lock hours while traveling to and from the lake
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund of the $250 deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
