- Bring the card used for the reservation. The cardholder must be present at check-in with a matching ID. If the card or cardholder is absent, the reservation will be charged to an alternate card.
- A $1,000 damage deposit per vessel is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. The deposit requires a credit or debit card; cash is not accepted. The hold is released when the boat is returned in proper condition, though your bank may take additional time to release it.
- The selected boat layout is not guaranteed and may change based on the maintenance schedule.
- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in. Your rental begins at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the entire rental payment. If the operator cancels because weather is unsafe for boating, all attempts will be made to reschedule.
