- The renter and boat operator must be at least 27 years old.
- Prior boating experience is required to operate the boat.
- A boating license is required to operate the boat if you were born on or after January 1, 1988. Valid boating licenses from your home state are accepted.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. The crew refills the boat and bills your card for the fuel consumed at the current marina rate, usually $4–$5 per gallon plus tax.
- Keep your photo ID and boating license on board at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Give at least a week's notice when canceling. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time receive only a partial refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows receive no refund. The operator determines unsafe-weather cancellations; you won't be held to the rental if conditions are unsafe.
