- Renters must be 26 or older.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A boating safety certificate is required if you were born after 1988.
- A $750 damage deposit is required in addition to the listed price and is collected 24 hours before pickup.
- Fuel costs are not included in the listed price. The boat starts with a full tank; refuel at Washburns before returning it.
- No tubing or towing is allowed.
- Do not operate the boat at night.
- Only one parking spot is provided. Leave additional vehicles at the marina at 1973 River Road.

FAQs
For a one-day pontoon rental, pick up from 10am and return by 4pm. For a multi-day rental, pick up from 9am and return by 4:30pm on the final day.
Your $750 damage deposit is fully refunded after the boat is returned, inspected, and found to have no damage.
