- The renter must be at least 26 years old
- Bring a valid driver's license
- A boating safety certificate is required if you were born after 1988
- A $750 damage deposit is required in addition to the listed price and is collected 24 hours before pickup. It is returned after the boat is inspected and found free of damage
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. The boat starts with a full tank; refuel at Washburns before returning it
- No tubing or towing is allowed
- Do not operate the boat at night
- One parking space is provided. Leave additional vehicles at the marina at 1973 River Road
