- Ages 12 and under must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult at all times
- Single kayaks have a 300 lb maximum weight; tandem kayaks have a 550 lb maximum weight
- Complete the liability waiver before your start time
- Arrive at your booking time for pickup or 5 minutes early for dock launches
- Equipment access may be denied for weather or safety conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours are fully refunded. If staff cancel due to weather or other safety considerations, you may reschedule, receive a gift card, or receive a refund. No-shows are charged for the rental.

Free delivery is available to rental locations in Ocracoke Village. Your kayak rental will be delivered around your requested time, though delays may occur because the delivery truck is also used for surf instruction.
Wind and other environmental conditions can make paddling more or less strenuous. Equipment access may be denied for weather or safety conditions.
Reserve each 24-hour rental day separately, with each new rental starting one day after the previous one.
