• Do not drive after drinking alcohol; you cannot rent if you appear to have been drinking
• Return the boat by the contracted time; after a 10-minute grace period, a $250 late-return fee is charged to the credit card on file
• A $40–$80 cleaning fee applies if the boat is returned excessively dirty
