Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a 100% refund; 24 hours before for a 50% refund; day of, no refund. If cancellation is due to bad weather, you get a raincheck if they think weather is unsuitable. If you cancel before bad weather begins on the day of, no refund.

No. All passengers must be present before leaving the dock, and no pickups are allowed.
You can bring only one dog, and it must be under 40 lbs. If you bring a dog over 40 lbs, a $39.00 fee applies.
