Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours before for a 100% refund. Cancel 24 hours before for a 50% refund. Day of: no refund. If you cancel due to bad weather, you get a raincheck if they think the weather is unsuitable for boating; if you cancel before bad weather begins, no refund.
