Driver must be 18+ with a valid photo ID; if born on or after Jan 1, 1988, you need a Florida Boater's Safety Card or a nationally recognized equivalent. No restrooms on the boat or on Crab Island. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours before start for a full refund (48 hours on holiday weekends). If Boogies Watersports cancels, you get a full refund. Once you leave the dock, no refunds or rain checks.

You must be at least 18 to rent and operate the boat. Bring a valid photo ID. If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you also need a current Florida Boater’s Safety Card or a nationally recognized boater’s safety card. The driver must complete required training and follow safety rules.
Yes. The operator (driver) must sign a liability waiver and make sure every passenger has signed a waiver before you leave the dock.
