- Trips operate rain or shine; the operator determines whether conditions are unsafe to operate

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations 9–14 days before incur a $100 fee plus a 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before, 50% of the total plus a 6% booking fee is charged. No cancellations within 72 hours. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule at no charge.
