Boats are not wheelchair accessible; you must be able to walk onto the boat, and ladders are used for water entry. Pontoon boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico. Underage drinking or drug use cancels the charter without refund or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. After 7 days, no refund and full amount is due. Full refund only if the captain cancels due to weather; customers cannot cancel for weather.
