- Keep a credit card on file; it may be charged for time overages, excessive cleaning, or lost or damaged equipment
- Expect the tour to operate rain or shine; extreme weather may require modification, shortening, or cancellation
- Gratuity is not included and is discretionary
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before your tour for a full refund. Cancel or reschedule with at least 14 days' notice for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 14 days are charged the full fare.
