- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled activity.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% service charge. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation. Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. If the dive shop or your instructor cancels, you'll receive a full refund.
