- Arrive 30–60 minutes before your start time, especially on weekends when parking fills early
- A booking adult must be age 18 or older
- An adult age 18 or older must accompany all minors on the river; children under 14 must ride with an adult
- Clear kayaks hold up to 2 people, with a 400 lb limit per vessel and 250 lb limit per rider
- Paddleboards hold 1 person, have a 350 lb weight limit, and are best suited for ages 14 and up
- Bring the credit card used for booking and a matching valid photo ID
- Sign a liability waiver before renting
- Wear the provided U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while on the water
- Bring water in reusable containers only; plastic containers are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel or make changes at least 24 hours before start. Rentals may be canceled due to severe or inclement weather. Your rental time starts at the scheduled time if you arrive late. Late returns incur $15 for every 15 minutes past the scheduled return time.
