- Arrive 30–45 minutes before the activity start time
- You must be 18+ and present a valid driver's license to drive
- Ages 17 and under require a parent or guardian
- Recent surgeries, neck, back, or knee problems, pregnancy, and serious health conditions are not permitted
- Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the activity
- Wear clothing that covers your top and bottom; closed-toe shoes are recommended
- A mandatory, nonrefundable $30 insurance fee and $30 fuel fee apply per side-by-side, per day; neither is included in the listed price
- You are liable for a $1,500 day-of charge if a rented vehicle is damaged
- Follow guide safety directions; reckless or careless driving can end your ride immediately
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before your ride for a full refund. Cancel 2–6 days before for a refund less a 10% cancellation charge. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before or no-shows. Rides operate rain or shine; if the operator cancels for severe or unsafe weather, choose a reschedule or full refund.

FAQs
Drivers must be age 18 or older and bring a valid driver's license. Riders age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children should be at least 6 years old to ride in the Side-by-Side.

Wear boots or comfortable closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing that can get dusty or muddy. Bring a light jacket or sweatshirt, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, snacks or drinks without alcohol, and a change of clothes or towel for after your ride.
