-Arrive 1/2 hour prior to departure. -Complete online Waiver in Booking Confirmation -Complete Rental Agreement at Kiosk in Pro-Shop upon arrival -Pick out Safety Gear (Helmets & Goggles) -Attend Driver Safety Meeting -Depart with Guide on Tour -There will be a stop during tour at which time drivers can switch -Stop includes Private Picnic Area with Porta-Potty -Return from Tour -Complete Check-out process

Important details
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before the start time for check-in and safety gear
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Children under 17 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Bring a car seat or booster seat if your child uses one
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, neck, back, knee, or serious health conditions are not permitted
- Wear clothing, closed-toe shoes, and weather-appropriate gear; expect possible mud or dust
- Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the ride
- A mandatory $30 insurance fee and $30 fuel fee apply per side-by-side each day and are not included in the listed price
- You are liable for a $1,500 charge if your rented vehicle is damaged
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days ahead for a full refund. Cancel 2–6 days ahead for a refund minus a 10% cancellation charge. Less than 48 hours: no refund. No-shows receive no refund. Rides run rain or shine; if the operator cancels due to severe weather, choose rescheduling or a full refund.

FAQs
Wear clothing that covers your top and bottom, plus boots or comfortable closed-toe shoes. The ride may be dusty or muddy depending on weather, so wear dark clothes or clothes you do not mind staining. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel to leave in your car.
