Important details
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in, fitting, safety overview, and launch preparation
- Bring a valid ID for check-in
- Complete liability waivers for everyone in your group before arrival
- Wear a properly fitted life jacket throughout your rental
- Ages 3–15 require an adult chaperone
- Ages 16–17 may paddle without an adult when a parent or legal guardian completes their waiver and submits ID
- An adult age 18+ must complete the rental contract
- Meet your craft's weight limit: 250 lb single kayak, 474 lb tandem kayak, or 350 lb fishing kayak
- Meet your craft's weight limit: 300 lb single paddleboard or 485 lb tandem paddleboard
- Expect a $20 per-vehicle Hidden Cove Park entrance fee, collected at the gate and not included in the listed price
- Expect launches may be delayed or suspended for high winds, lightning, thunderstorms, or unsafe lake conditions
- Return equipment by your scheduled end time; rental time begins at the reserved start time
- Do not operate equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Bring a properly fitted dog life jacket if your dog joins; dog life jackets are not provided
- Avoid dragging equipment; you are responsible for lost or damaged property
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds. Weather or lake conditions may require rescheduling or cancellation.

Use the marina restrooms before heading to the dock. No restrooms are available once you are on the water.
Personal equipment may need to launch separately, depending on marina and park regulations. Staff do not assist with transporting or launching personal equipment.
